Classification and Application of High Pressure Homogenizer
Time:2012-02-02 14:30
1. The high-pressure homogenizer is divided into vertical integral homogenizer and horizontal combined homogenizer according to the structural form. The former is generally suitable for small and medium-sized equipment (power below 45kw); the latter is suitable for large equipment (power above 45kw). At present, most domestic manufacturers produce vertical integral homogenizer. This type of compact structure, beautiful appearance and small footprint. But for large equipment, stability becomes the main problem. The so-called horizontal combined homogenizer refers to the motor, reduction box, crankcase, lubrication station and other relatively independent blocks, and distributed on the same horizontal plane, through the belt (wheel), coupling, oil pipe and so on. The whole machine has low center of gravity, stable operation and convenient maintenance.
2. The high-pressure homogenizer is divided into ordinary homogenizer and low-speed homogenizer according to the reciprocating times of the plunger per minute. The speed of the crankshaft of the homogenizer (I. e., the reciprocating frequency of the plunger) is one of the most critical factors that determine the performance of the whole machine. In the case of the same material, processing accuracy, structure, etc., the lower the speed within a certain range, the wear degree of each friction pair (such as shaft and bush, plunger and seal, etc.) in unit time, and the stress in the pump body The damage degree of parts (such as valve core, valve seat, etc.) in the same time is greatly reduced, and the stability of equipment operation is also greatly improved. So the series is particularly suitable for long-term use of the occasion.
3. The high-pressure homogenizer can be divided into manual control type, manual hydraulic control type and automatic hydraulic control type according to the control mode. At present, the manual control type dominates the market. If the entire production line is automatically controlled, a fully automatic control homogenizer can be used.
4. The high-pressure homogenizer can be divided into upstream homogenizer and downstream homogenizer according to the position of the homogenizer on the production line. Generally, the homogenizer used before sterilization is called the upstream homogenizer, and the homogenizer used after sterilization is called the downstream homogenizer. Usually the former can use the general homogenizer, and the latter to use aseptic homogenizer. The so-called aseptic homogenizer is to isolate the leakage point of the dynamic seal at the plunger of the homogenizer and the leakage point of the static seal at the inlet and outlet from the atmosphere by steam (or superheated water). Such a homogenizer can be used as aseptic equipment after sterilization.
