Fully automatic homogenizer operation as follows:
1. The automatic homogenizer adopts a single-phase three-wire system. The required power socket is 220V,10A three-hole socket, and the socket needs to be well grounded. Be careful not to connect the wrong ground wire (it is strictly prohibited to lead the ground wire to the telephone line, water pipe, gas pipe and lightning rod).
2. Before turning on the power of the full-automatic homogenizer, please carefully check whether the speed control rotary switch is in the starting position, so as to avoid the sudden start of the machine when the power is turned on, causing personal injury to the operator and damage to the experimental equipment and materials.
3. After the full-automatic homogenizer is powered on, turn on the speed control rotary switch, and the red indicator light will be displayed. Then, slowly rotate clockwise in sequence, and the motor will start until it reaches the speed required for the experiment. However, the motor operation test shall be carried out before the test, and the working head shall not be dispersed and unified according to the installation during the test.
4. After the full-automatic homogenizer is completed, the speed-regulating rotary switch will return to the initial position, cut off the power, and pull out the plug.
Automatic HomogenizerMaintenance:
1. The fully automatic homogenizer stops using it after a period of time or a long time. If it is used again, it should be maintained and checked, especially in terms of electrical safety performance. The insulation resistance can be tested with a megohmmeter.
2. The brush on the motor of the automatic homogenizer is a vulnerable part, and the user should check it frequently. When checking, please cut off the power, pull out the plug, unscrew the brush cover, and take out the brush. If the brush is shorter than 6mm, it should be replaced in time. The new brush should use the original specifications of the brush, brush (frame) in the cylinder to move freely, to prevent stuck in the cylinder, resulting in large sparks or motor does not run.
3. When the automatic homogenizer is in use, if the motor does not run, check whether the power socket has electricity, whether the connector is loose, whether the brush is in good contact, and whether the rotor and stator of the working head are stuck. After the above troubleshooting, it still does not work properly. Ask a professional to repair or contact the manufacturer. Do not ask people who are not familiar with the performance of this machine to disassemble it to avoid accidents.
4. After the machine is completed, the working head should be cleaned in time for the next use. The work head should be placed so that it cannot be knocked down.
The precautions of the automatic homogenizer are as follows:
1. It should be placed in a clean and dry place to keep the whole machine tidy and prevent moisture. The operating environment temperature is generally not more than 40. It is strictly prohibited to splash all kinds of foreign matter into the motor.
2. When using the motor in humid areas, please use the leakage protection device to ensure the personal safety of the operator.
3.Automatic HomogenizerFor strong corrosive environment. To prevent mechanical and electrical damage, please take necessary protective measures.
4. The automatic homogenizer is prohibited from being used in an environment containing flammable and explosive gases in the air.
5. The automatic homogenizer is used in the power grid with severe voltage fluctuation, which will cause the speed to be out of control. A voltage stabilizing device shall be provided.
6. Automatic homogenizer prohibits continuous high-speed operation. Should work for 3 minutes, stop for 5 minutes, intermittent use.
